That looks like a worn out fuse holder. Replace it, SOLDER the connections & add a new fuse, you’ll be sorted.

That part is the rocker cover which bolts onto the actual head. It looks as though there is a bit broken out/off the side? Have you tried Suzuki for a new part. It would probably be available separately and be a lot cheaper than a complete head! Is the rest (cam, cam drive, head, valves etc.)...
