@Grunder If you use the black silicon, like they use for car windscreens, and surface prep is good, you'll have to break the number plate off.

The double sided tape I use has to be cut with a hacksaw blade or builders line, to get the number plate off. The type of surfaces and preparation are crucial.

@Ri It does, if you have the right stuff, and use it between a 3mm aluminium plate, which is bolted to the black fender extender, and the number plate. Also degrease both with benzene, before applying the double sided tape. Use the black double sided tape with green backing. I buy it at our...
