What I learned with old Suzuki DRs, is that the dealer does not have the parts fiche on his PC anymore, but can order the part with the part number you find with your internet search.

Measured myself. Neck 44cm. Shoulders 62, from left to right. Chest 115. Waist 113. The jacket does fit me perfectly, but I prefer a looser fit. It does have velcro straps for the waist and arms.
