The after-market grips that look identical to OEM are made in the same (Italian) factory as the OEM grip, so far all intents and purposes are the SAME grip - identical in every way (Ariete/Sandro Mentasti SRL...). We have sold them for past 10+ years +, no comeback's, zero issues. Cheers Chris
