Check the oil feed (small hole) on the head gasket which gets blocked by debris and bad sludgy oil, the 650 TA suffers the same fate.

This theory would be spot on if the bike was not equipped with 02 sensors, more fuel would only be added at varied TP input, the moment the bike starts cruising (steady throttle) the lambda would send (x) voltage to the ECU, the ECU recognizes this as rich eg.13.1 and would automatically lean...

@ Ceasar, no cutting or splicing, also does not hook up to the ECU but to the injectors and TPS....and yes, waterproof. @ Jacko, I'am not sure how de-catting influences the air flow dynamics, but I am sure it does to a certain extent. De-catting gives one the impression that the bike is...

The blue is before the PC and the red is after as you've said, the corrugation is due to the fact that bike is extremely lean...motor not happy, producing a rougher curve, the dyno will accentuate this because of the sensitive drum pick up. Richening this whole lot up....motor happy smoother...

The fueling is set up at 13.8 to 10% TP, 4500 RPM, 13.3 to 80% TP, 8000RPM and power mode 100% TP 13.0

The green line in the 1st graph is with the PC and all the red lines on the other graphs.

This graph is a loaded run at 5% load and 10% TP, I have also put on the screenshots of the two maps, left is table 1 and right is table 2, you will notice how different the one cylinder is compared to the other.
