    Check the oil feed (small hole) on the head gasket which gets blocked by debris and bad sludgy oil, the 650 TA suffers the same fate.

    The blue is before the PC and the red is after as you've said, the corrugation is due to the fact that bike is extremely lean...motor not happy, producing a rougher curve, the dyno will accentuate this because of the sensitive drum pick up. Richening this whole lot up....motor happy smoother...

    This graph is a loaded run at 5% load and 10% TP, I have also put on the screenshots of the two maps, left is table 1 and right is table 2, you will notice how different the one cylinder is compared to the other.
