Powercommander and Auto tune is the way to go......the auto tune is constantly correcting your base map, regardless of elevation, fuel quality and load, so definately the way to go.     Yup agreed...but the problem here is power loss, this is what I mean when I say that K&N and the stock filter would be better.

    Your problem is the air filter , I have found K&N and std filters works best, fitting the aftermarket foam causes dead spots in the airbox.
