Recently had a group of 10 guys riding with me on the Wild Coast with ages ranging from between 40 and 63 years of age. I think only 2 in their 40's and the rest all mid 50's and early 60's. Great fun was had by all, check out the video link below.

Frozen in time..... a stream and small waterfall frozen near Naude's Nek. Luckily the sun was shining on he ice and i saw it before we crossed at speed, could have been nasty.
