Do You have any input on the sand road between paternoster and St Helena at the moment is it passable in a Prado or is it too torn up are have they closed it off?

Some maps don't show a through road

Who has driven / riden it ? It is between/From Tulbagh (WC) and Top of Gydo pass (north of Ceres) We are in the area in a Prado and was wondering if its passable and in what condition. Not looking for anything Hectic 4x4 just nice and scenic off the beaten track. Has anyone got any input please?

Yuuup  :biggrin: If you want anything done properly ask a Greyhound. We sit on fences properly, drink properly, smoke properly, fall down PROPERLY! and just for good measure we ride too, some of us get punctures properly too. Its has been said a few of us do all above simultaneously properly...

IMHO for a true beginner, new to the game the DRZ400 and XR400. Light, very very capable, not too big and most important something that you can grow into (not out of too easy) to be part of your garage for time to come. They will build confidence and with that 90% of the hurdle of a learning...
