For the drying I bought a pet dryer from Amazon - it's like combination between a hair dryer and a blower with variable heat and speed. Best addition to my cleaning kit ever. It clears water from places I didn't know existed. My dryer is similar to the photo below.

I use the Karcher foam but not as a fire and forget solution. I rinse the bike, then apply foam, clean thoroughly with soft brush and cloth, rinse again and dry. I does not really clean chain etc. That I do prior with chain cleaner and lube after wash.
