Depending on cost, an engineering concern can fit a sleeve in the hub.

My welder that fixed mine in CT added a gusset at the frame piece just about the crack. He reckons that the flex that causes the cracking starts there. He welded a pipe section across the crack too. Never broke again.

WP suspension does not a KTM make. That frame looks very light duty.

I miss my IT200 like that. It was roadworthy with drum brakes. Seized it on the N1 once. Chasing @Crossed-up .

The TTR250 was a way better bike. Electric and kick, took a XRL tank, great suspension and no water to leak.

I went there on Saturday in my Prado. The only track that makes it there belongs to the lodge, as I found out... The official road ends at a wash out that is not passable. Water affairs are unlikely to fix it anytime soon. The cottages are still available though.

I took a chance with my Beta caliper after getting the wrong seals supplied. Fitted normal round viton seals as per o-ring shop advice. Still stopping strong

If you tap the CDI with a screwdriver handle while the engine is running you can identify whether it has dry joints on the PCB. I tried opening mine to resolder, but that didn't work out. I built one based on an internet diagram.
