It is an "underbar" mounting bracket for a Scott's (or similar) steering damper. It can be fitted without the damper in which case it wild serve as a 25-30mm spacer/riser

Billet aluminium underbar damper mounts reduced to clear @ R400 each (R450 incl Pudo) Fits all off-road versions & Also 690 Enduro, 790 & 890 adventure.
