For myself, it is easier to pick up a BMW GS (boxer) than my XT1200Z. My riding partner is riding a GS1200 and I have picked it up few times for her. They do not lay as flat as other bikes. But yes, they get heavier with each pick up.

I am 1,96m and 112kg. Bought a DMD jacket over estimating the size (5XL) and it is to big for me. A 3XL will fit me. Gave it to a friend and it fits his 1,89m and 138kg frame perfectly. I am sure you find a jacket that fits in the DMD range.
