The 3M black stuff they used to glue windscreens to cars will work. Wurth sells it in small tubes. Once opened you will have to use the whole tube, tried my best to seal and save it, no luck. If you need a small amount look for the same black stuff that they glue car mirrors to windscreens...

Stripped the front in total, removed everything and packed it out as per the parts manual page 54. Inspected everything and re-assembled it.

Thanks, First thing I checked as the vibes are on low and high beam. Checked it and the tabs on both are fine. Replaced to globes also to make sure, no change.

My XT660Z does not vibrate to irritation and is actually a smooth bike for a thumper. My headlight vibrate to such an extent that roads signs are just glimmer boards and unreadable whilst riding. I suspect that the headlight is to tight or to loose in the damping rubbers. Do any one has/had a...

Closer to 40,000-00 Immobilizer & ECU also need to replaced. Before I bought my S10, I were considering one without the red key. Got a quote of just over 40,000-00 excluding labour. Red keys for both my Teneres locked in my safe.

It happens, bought a 2013 XT660Z with 3,852km Nov 2020.

Also needed straps for Forma boots a while back. Could not get any loose straps, eventually found Thor straps that are a 99% match. You will have to look carefully to spot the difference. No idea from which Thor boots they are.

Will post updated photos next week. Waiting for a headlight lens protector and SW Motech top box plate to fit. Added a centre stand a few weeks ago. The grey is growing on me, my dark side.

Is there any easy way to get to rear indicator wiring and plugs??? Want to replace a complete indicator and it seems like a major job to get to plugs to clip in the new indicator.

They are brilliant bikes. Being a Triumph 800 XCA owner in the past, they are expensive bikes in parts and servicing. Bought a 2015 accident damaged 800 XCA (was fully fitted for adventure riding with 26,000km) at an auction in 2019 that the insurers written off as it was not viable to repair...

This is only one of 3 possible "looks" for the bike, I think one is Triumph Tiger look alike and the other a V-Strom look alike??? Just saw it briefly on other riders cell phone about a week ago.
