Thanks Rouxman. I am also trying to phone Durban KTM at the moment but their spares okes are busy at the moment. Said they will call back. 34mm looks like a common size for most petcocks I see on the web. One will just have to make sure the hole & 'O' ring is the same size.

Hi, has anyone needed to replace the fuel petcock rubbers and O rings or replace the whole petcock on their Touratech fuel tanks? Mine are pretty corroded and weeping around the outside of the tap.

My bike is 2 years old and and the bolts on a whole don't seem to bad considering it lives on the Bluff. But the twelve or so front rotor bolts are completely rusted with all the electro-plating gone. I am going to replace them at the next service. Funny though, the rear rotor bolts still look...

Sorry, I was referring to the 1190 screen. Didn't read the question right. No wonder I did so bad at school. Good to know that the touring screen works well.

I fitted the standard clear adventure screen. For me it is much better than the small R screen on the highways at speed. I still get a bit of buffeting but neck muscles take a lot less strain. I would like to try the bigger tinted touring screen sometime. Iando, I see your avatar shows you have...

Mine seems to have settled down now. After a month and just over 1000 km it is still right in the middle between Max & Min when cold.    :thumleft:

Thanks Manic. It seems to be stable now at the halfway mark. Possibly a small airlock or two.
