These little 300's don't like to be lugged - what gear are you in and at what speed when the rattle starts or is it purely rev related? If you lug it at 60 in 6th it will rattle.

Yep, some good points. Slow speed wobble almost sounds like a distorted front brake disc as well. Make sure the front wheel is tightened in the correct sequence. You don't have slime in the front tire perhaps?
