Hi Dax, Flightradar has been incredibly glitchy lately, especially with the Airlink ERJ fleet (but maybe it's because those are the only ones I really look at 😋). It often shows planes flying backwards, or says they have been flying JNB-Kruger for three hours, when it's only a 35min flight...

I can't do anything that requires a lot of flex in my toe joints, like going on my Tippie toes, or doing calf raises, planks or push ups, but I have started running again. ~willrunforcookies~

My toe has progressed from looking like a fat little sausage, to looking as if it is sporting a nice "shiner". I have managed to squat, elliptical, row, and hit the indoor bicycle. I haven't tried running yet. Just normal walking results in everything swelling up.
