Just have to finish the wrap cladding of shade cloth, which looks better and keeps it cooler, , also finish building the solar supply just put in a 500 w system for lights radio fan smaller things, will fit a 2 kw system for fidge and other supplies. bigger stuff I start the genny.

Been battling with space in the mancave with bikes parked i have no where to work on the bikes with kicking my shin or squatting on a foot peg.. Made a new cave at the workshop which fortunatly is next door to home, I sold a truck so had a big carport open. So enclosed it , even made it green...

The 185 starting to reassemble, the motor has been left original as it was still very good, a bit of OE history. This is one of the confusing bits where to refit the battery box. you can see the fork rust, re chrome or find another set 29mm . massive forks:p even still had the original key...

Hi Tommy tried that site, its a huge help. only thing is it shows the exploded view perfectly just not where that part fits onto the frame. will make a fred on the TS builds, some guys might remember or have that model and can share pics (y)

I had a welded header midsection(not std) not a good idea cant remove exhaust with motor in frame. i has to be threaded loosly through the frame. I put the motor back in not knowing, had to remove motor again to fit the pipe. subsequently cut it to fit a link pipe again, SS section, also...
