the way I see the bearings go up against the crank on the collar then the washer, thereafter the hub with the tab washer that also acts as the washer for the lock nut. i have another clutch that i got with the spares from Mike. will try the other assy and see. stand by..

collar about 2mm longer than bearings

the one came out trying to find size, will measure collar. getting a workshop manual from a buddy

that thrust washer is on the 4th pic it goes up against the collar for the bearings, its was fitted , one thing I did see on the origonal strip there was only 1 roller bearing on the shaft, the schematic shows 2, i fitted the 2nd one when i assembled it , thats when I noticed the binding trying...

If u look at the nut it was tight, had been removed with chisel and 4lb, not me :cry:
