Looks awesome 8) I'm busy with a street tracker build and after looking at these pics I have to ask... Is it street legal? What are the minimum requirements to get it road worthy, I would love to not put indicators on the front of my bike but I'm not sure its legal  ???

What a good idea, I had never thought of using insulation. I wound up using oasis floral foam :P I have a shape moulded for my Silverwings seat but not sure where to go from here. I was thinking of covering it with duct tape, adding a thin layer of release agent (read: spray and cook) then...

Briliant! where did you get your hands on the high density foam to make your side cover template? Looks really professionally done ;)

Looking good, is this a diy home rig you have set up for blasting, or a commercial set up? I would love to be able to get this sort of result at home! I had my entire engine casing on my CB650 bead blasted and am super happy with the results, didn't even paint over it!
