I put Q20 in both holes. The yellow is mounting bracket hole. It seems fine. It seems as if its the "orange" hole is leaking Q20.

Good idea, my locking mechanism is loose and ive lost the box a few times. The rivets on the mechanism have broken. I have put long bolts through the mechanism but these have also broken after a while. How about a picture of the clamp position......please
