And if I recall, the KX250 pre-1994 USD forks are drop-in conversion...........these should be 46mm The post 1994 forks need the steering stem swopped. These are 48mm.

There are a few used spares parts dealers down your way. But from personal experience, sometimes cheaper to buy a rolling frame than the forks. You'll need the complete triple-clamps, forks, and wheel with brake components.
