This type of mod don't work on an enduro bike. You can't get the rim lock to seal properly in the long run. Tried it on one and could not get the tyre to seal on the rim either. Maybe a new tyre and rim can work. Better to use moose or Tubliss systems as you can run on 'lower pressure'

Nope. That goes all gluey after a while. Have used Gorilla tape which is a bit stronger than the average duct tape. From what I heard the 3M tape is better. But 3M also make cello tape, thus would like to know which 3M is used for the rims. With mooses and lube need something that sticks well...

Always make sure you overtake just before reaching a puddle. Hit the puddle so that the water hangs in the air a short while right in front of your buddy. Never stop behind and close to a buddy when he stopped in watery/muddy road. Always get next to him or in front. 😁 😁 On enduro bikes...

Should be less than that I think. Border to border I presume? That is about 8km. We did it in about 18min not racing. Think they should be able to do it in less than 10min. Half the distance, 4km, and only the last twisty bit for a professional on a small bike takes 4min. The first 4km is faster.
