Some wise words above! I only have a little SYM NHT300, but love it! Have a look at the Honda NX500/CB500x. Not the most offroad bike, but you can get 2 new bikes in that budget and it will do most things well. A bit boring for some, but rather bores than stuck somewhere. Never fun!

As dit ner grondpaaie en teer is sal ek left field gaan en Honda NC750 DCT neem. Lig op branstof, hoef nie te sukkel met ratte nie, beteken ek kan meer rondkyk en alles inneem. Gewig is laag en dit doen gewone grondpaaie met n smile!

4XL, damn some big hands. Good luck. I wear a 2XL and should also start looking around as mine is now starting to come loose on some of the seams. Just waitimg a bit as budget is tight right now!

Sou graag wou kyk, maar het nie TV in die huis nie. Het al 2 kampe saam met Franswa gedoen en dit was lekker rustig. Het selfs op die een trip n kamer met hom gedeel. Baie intressante man met baie kennis. Hy is n onderwyser. Het verlede jaar reg om Suid Afrika gery ook op sy GS.

Makes sense. That is the 1 negative I have with my SYM. Plastics are not the strongest. Otherwise I love it. Did a 400km trip again on her yesterday. The 300 SYM is nowbon 3000km.

Something to keep an eye out for. There have been rumours for a while. If they bring out the 400 Xpulse at the right price they may just upset the market! The more choices in the 300- 500cc Range the better. It is a nice sweet spot.

It would be a difficult call I do like the more simplistic look of the Himu, but it is not locally availble where the 450MT will be. Will ride my SYM for ankther year ir two and may then Jump on the 450MT, unless some of the Japs bring something similar out. May Pass the SYM to my daughter who...
