Great advice all round, thank you.

I am hoping the electric bike is a nice started. The giy I bought it from also has a 16” one for sale…I was tempted to buy that also, just in case. The petrol bike are quite an expensive hobby, so he can upgrade if he develops a keen interest in riding.

Ja, I hope he enjoys it…but if he doesn’t I can always ride the little Oset…rode it around in the garage😂quite nippy, if a little cramped

Decided on the Oset because of low maintenance and it being silent I can let him ride around on our estate without getting burned at the stake👍

So….at last found an Oset 12.5 close to me for reasonable money. Now I need to get kit for the little man

Also…I run 140/80/18’s on the rear. Did it as an experiment, wider choice of tyres and generally cheaper. So far they have been running fine, can’t really tell the difference🤷🏻‍♂️

What spares do you need? I have a pair of SG10’s that have cracked plastic toeboxes, and don’t fit me without excruciating pain. Could probably use them for spares
