My old engine. Oil pump failed so no pressure in the tensioner causing timing to skip and shim fell out making its way down into the cam chain galley, valves hit the pistons. It had 55 xxx km when it failed.

I bought this adaptor cable. However I think (may be wrong) that the 890 pin is slightly different. Red vs this white one for the 790s. I see the OBD2 scanner I bought is discontinued. Any 2024+ OBD2 scanner should work.
