Yup, I think my mind has been made up. Watched a few videos during the morning comparing the DR650 vs DRZ 400. For my specific purpose the DRZ 400 will be the better option, its lighter, better off road suspension and has almost same power (although not low down torque) as the DR650.

Hey guys, remember this has to be a plaas bike as well, I still lean towards the DZR 400 as a dual purpose bike due to the difference in weight. It will spend 85% of its time in the rough and the other 15% getting me there and back!
