You will have to open the door cards and check the mechanisms. If cable driven then the cables could be frayed inside the sleeves. Had that once many years ago on my OC's Hyundai's electric windows.

When I was in the training environment on Lifting devices, (forklifts, mobile cranes, gantry cranes etc) I usually did not penalize students for working slow. BUT I HAMMERED them if they did not adhere to Safety Protocols. Rather slow and alive than fast and dead/disabled.
