I learnt on 64 model Galion grader. In 2015 they bought CAT graders that don't even have steering wheel, gear-lever and levers anymore. All done with 2 joysticks except the ripper. The CAT 824 wheel dozer also no steering wheel, just 2 joysticks for everything. Quite a learning curve.

If it helps, I put Lip Ice on the O-rings, helps with sealing. Same with the washers on Gas cooker-tops.

Sadly the youth of today want handouts for doing very little. And I think here kids that grow up on farms also learn to drive anything on the farm at an early age. I remember my cousins (boys and girls)on the farm near Swartruggens driving the tractor as soon as they could reach the pedals...

In 2015 our formation bought 3 "sets" of earthmoving machines from CAT and Bell. 3 each CAT skidsteers with tracks and 3 with wheels, and three sets of 7 attachments. All you need on a farm. Nice "toys"!!
