The female part got a "Interpolation" error more than 2 hours into machining it, the machine then broke a part out when I tried to restart it, but it will still work......there was something in the G Code that my machine did not like when I machined the pockets. This is not the finished...

Soooo.....I am still a novice at this, but I designed this in Fusion 360 and machined it today. It's the6 x up male part of my molds in which I bend my plywood for my wood sunglass range.

Loopsoostroop, can we ask general CNC type questions on your thread as well, or is it mainly for DIY builds. One can always need a bit of help......I am learning the hard way, but getting there. Busy making my own sunglass range, and man, I never thought there would be as much R&D with sunglasses.

I went the easy route and bought a second hand one.... :imaposer: Use Fusion360 to design in and run the machine, it came with Ucancam, so I use that for quick profile milling, but for the 3D stuff I use Fusion 360. It's free for Hobby and small businesses and there are loads of tutorials on...

Does anyone on here do "Cold Air Guns", would like one for my CNC Router, so I can mill brass and Alu as well. I don't want lubrication as the majority of the stuff that I do is wood and I don't want it to go into the spoil board. Would also still get a vice some time.......stuff gets expensive.

Obviously I am rooting for Ross and Kenny, but also like Andrew Short as an ex Supercross and Motocross guy, but I see he is way down.

Must say Andrew Short is doing well, for his second Dakar.

I think it would be way more, if you could get that amount of grip on an offroad it would b magic, I dont even think a supercross bike on a well prepped track would get close to that.

Ah, I have been out of it for a while...was the "nice guy" of supercross. Seems like a good dude.

I only saw now that Andrew Short is racing as well. Was a good Supercross rider.
