Would love to test ride one, it is quite a bit lighter than my 640!   Is the seat comfortable if you doin long distance, looks very narrow and hard?  I know there are some remedies to solve this but how is it std as is comfort wise on a say 400kay ride? U answered my question bout fuel range...

What is the 'dry' & 'wet' weight of the 690 ???

i won't hesitate to purchase smaller KTM clothing ie t-shirts online or even get a friend to buy overseas for me..it is cheaper and easy for them to bring back for me, the jackets are a different story, big & bulky to stuff in a suitcase. i'm really happy with my jacket bought in cape town ...

U guys had a good time there again, Oasis & Cederberg never disappoints us! Chantal & Gerrit are amazing with their hospitality, they go out of there way for all the people.  A big bonus i find is the tent setup they provide with all the bedding, absolute comfort guaranteed :thumleft: nice...
