All my research to date suggests that the XR650 although lighter and has better stock suspension is not overall a better bike .... BUT ja it has always been tempting to jump over to the red side.

thanks that is pretty much how i treat my DR350 i take it for everything thats not fast and tar. so then i guess the question is - Does one rather trade the DR350 for the DRZ? the DRZ sounds like more maintenance than the Dr350...

I beg to differ the DRZ and DR and both Dual Sports are they not ? or is a the "e" o the DRZ 400e enough to make it an enduro bike ?
