Hole located using method advised by Dux. Hole was in a pretty hard to get to spot so removed some fins and put pratley putty in. 10km done and no leaks [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So previous owner damaged the oil cooler iv done 2500km without a sign of a leak. Then I noticed this. So i took it off cleaned it. O rings looked good still so reinstalled to see if I could see where leak was coming from. Now it's properly dripping onto exhaust... To me it doesn't...

I would say vinegar will work. Just may need a few more rounds or let it sit for longer.. As far as coating goes a radiator shop could help with that if you want to seal properly but I just used 2 stroke oil and then started using tank and rust stayed away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
