Just talking nonsense in that line. The seating (no seat) is low, and when you stand on it, It will feel wrong and uncomfy. And opening the throttle a tad to much, will help you wheelie. So don't pay any attention to that. Look at the points mentioned by Wookie, and you should be good.

Those things are low and hard,. Make sure it has the high lifted comfort seat and EWA Easy wheelie assist. I don't have knowledge on them, but the one I will use was stripped down and all bearings replaced, and serviced. Cost next to nothing to do.
