Hi Petri, no this is to replace the x-grip with a wireless charger tough charge x-grip on the ram mount. On need the ubolt an arm separately but that is the easier and cheaper part :) I already had the older X-grip setup when I bought these kits

They always put the shifter too low and the first thing on this bike is to set the shifter higher, especially when standing a lot
