Thanks Welsh, it was the left hand side injector, I then had to somehow clean it - put it on the bench, power the solenoid with a seperate DC supply, pour some fuel in, shake a bit and blow out with compressed air, after three times it worked 100%

Hope someone can assist - I ran the tank dry and the fuel pump seized (ignition was still on), replaced the fuel pump, confirmed fuel is being pumped by disconnecting the return (low press) line and switching the bike on. I even took out the fuel filter thinking it might be blocked but it still...
