Turns out it was in correct way, poephol never tightened the bracket properly where it slips on, was very loose just slipped off

Think I found the problem, the insert where the bolt goes thru was back to front and touching the frame

Close up Pic, GS traders did the fitting gonna remove and check if Bush is there.

There is a rubber but very thin, would a wider one make a difference?
