Weird the way thing go sometimes - got a call last night from a guy in reply on my ad on Gumtree. Came from Alberton and within an hour of him arriving at my home the bike is paid for, papers signed, and he is gone with the bike.....him and me very happy... Changed to "Sold"

Yes, only trouble I ever had apart from tyres and batteries were the drive shaft at about plus-minus 45 000 kays - universals damaged and had to replace shaft. My own fault - did not know yet about greasing the splines, and at that stage it did not form part of the BMW maintenance...
