    R80 PD Classic for sale

Good day Everyone My buddy is selling his R80 PD.  It's in mint condition, I can vouch for it. (for what it's worth on the internet and being a newbie on this forum..)  ;D He has been the only owner and being a pedantic German specialist, you can rest assured his bike was looked after better...

    HP2 to Adventure Light Conversion

Last but not least, a tool bag had to be made in the colour scheme of the bike. All tools and spares were individually selected to ensure a complete and comprehensive set. Tools were wrapped in heat shrink to stop jingling on corrugated roads... and chaffing within the bag. Luggage tie downs...

Sponge was wrapped in plastic and a non slip grey cover in the event that water is splashed onto the seat. The rear section...

A steel luggage rack was ordered to replace the BMW aluminium one. In hindsight I do not think it was necessary as I do not have a top box. The part was brought in from Italy and required more time to modify to make it fit, than expected. The factory one fitted 100%, the new one was a nightmare...

    HP2 to Adventure Light Conversion

To handle the stresses of bad roads and a packed bike, the frame needed to be modified. The rear section of the rear frame is not strong enough for touring. Then it was time to select a new colour scheme for the bike and send to the powder coaters. some ideas were developed in Photoshop, but...

    HP2 to Adventure Light Conversion

Although this renovation was completed 2 years ago, I have only put on less than 10,000km's since its completion. BigDom has been bugging me to post the pics for a while, finally I get around to it. I decided to build an adventure bike, but it could not be as heavy as a GSA, equipped for...
