Get a permit at Oasis for Stadsaal caves and rock paintings, very close to Oasis. Eselbank falls might be a little challenging if not experienced.

I have only ever used a closed full face helmet with no peak, works for me. I have really enjoyed the built in sun visor as opposed to using sun glasses
