I installed Shinko 244's, they felt nice and grippy.  To bad the center knobbs ripped off after about 200 miles of street (happens on occasion with these tires).  I had to go with a Kenda K270 rear that is working fine, a bit harder than the Shinko, but stayint together after about 500 miles so...

My pump seal (weep hole) has been leaking (only when the temp gets below 40F for about 2 years.  it started dripping approx 30K, I have 57K on a 2003 F650GS now.  It is the original unit.  I always check it before long rides and carry a liter of water with me most of the time just in case...
