I know this is not a popular opinion....but i have not had a seal leak when I have forksox fitted. I know this is a nice fix, and I dont ride as often or water crossings that often, but I do sometimes and have never needed this.

remember to have the bump stop upgraded on the shock as well. known issue on 1190 is bottoming out on rear the tyre can hit the plastics and rip ECU (MCU) out. Happened to me twice

why the swop? With the engine redone and suspension upgrade you are not gaining much swopping it for a 2012...
