I discovered that one of the spokes on my rear wheel is missing...pretty sure it was there when I last checked  (looooooong ago). So I phoned up the local agents (Helderberg Yamaha) and spoke to the friendly lady that does the bookings for servicing. It turns out I need to buy a "spoke kit"...
