Been a few years since I did those roads, but they were gravel back then. Prieska to Carnarvon is a nice ride - even better if you start up at Griquatown and work your way down... Hope they're all still gravel - enjoy the ride!

I'd have to go with xTzar's explanation. If that is a photoshop, it's just too good - the light, reflections, shadows and details are just too spot on. He'd have to have been moving rather fast though - even given shortening of depth of field with a zoom lens, he's rather close to the water...

I've been using one of the Dry Inside long-sleeved tops for a while - find it to be comfy and less irritating than the equivalent First Ascent tops. However, really keen to get hold of one of the Core Merino tops to try as well. Any idea who stocks them...? The website is slightly less than...
