So I bought myself a 690 R the other day. I only realized what a problem the 12L fuel tank is when I planned my first trip. I already had the cheaper 5L fuel cans on me so I made a luggage plate to fit on the existing Toys to Go pannier racks and made the fuel holder to fit on top. Problem...

This is what I designed and used on my 1190. 3mm SS bottom plate, 4mm alu powder coated spacer and 1.5mm top plate. Worked like a charm. Sent from my F5321 using Tapatalk

I imported my 1190 Unifilter kit straight from Aus because I also heard various excuses regarding stock availability. Cost me round about R950 with import tax.
