Yip, I agree that the Yamaha is a better bike, but having bought the bike with my head, my heart still wants the KTM.  Every economical cell says it is more reliable, less expensive to pretty much everything, no chain, parts, servicing, comfort factor, but it does not give me the same feeling...

Craig Marshall has just started bringing in Zero Motorcycles, electric bikes with a fair range.  They are pricey to buy, but cost almost nothing to run, and they are fully automatic.  He has a website and they sound very very interesting.  There is an on road and off road option.

Go to the Consumer Council, or failing that, go to Small Claims Court.  They will also have to have a representative there and if you were not notified about the "storage" you have a strong case and should get your full refund.
