Great, just do it, realise your biggest competitor is yourself, race yourself and enjoy "winning" yourself as the weeks go by. Racing at 60 is a lot less stressful for me - beating my other self 🏁

More than enough - the routes "clover" from a central point, and you will be able to refuel every 40km or so. There is a longer outride that can be joined (you must, imho it will be the best route of the weekend), but your range will be sufficient - if not, there will be the option of refueling...
