Found a nice looking bike in Randfontein Dr600r 1986. 40000km then the engine was rebuild in 2012 with 1200km now. What was the issues with these bike, if any, and what to look out for? And anybody around that area who knows about bikes who can help check it out for me??????

Looking to upgrade from my xr125, soon enough, to something with a bit more power to carry weekend gear and commute. Love the DR but heard the xr/xt 200-350 also holds their own... Would appreciate any advice and leads. My budget is at 15k.
