That is a risk,what I've done is install a marine usb 12 adapter, its supposed to be waterproof, then 3D printed a plug for the 2nd USB port. I've power washed the bike with the plugs in an thankfully have had no short circuit issues. But the risk is always there.

The cable I have feels like it's magnetised, its really secure and lies flush. I used the same cable on the tough phone and it never lost connectivity or came loose.

I haven't tested it out in the bright light as yet, only got the mount yesterday, but I have a few mates that use them and they are happy with how bright it is and have used it in extreme conditions and have never had issues. It's powered via USB C. Will report back once I get out for a ride.

that's refreshing :) The tablet that I bought has some impressive GPS specs: GPS, Glonass, BeiDou, Galileo, it's used extensively in the freight and courier industries, so should be pretty accurate and responsive. Best is I got it for R3,000 on One Day Only + R1,450 for the mount.
