Didn't get a formal quote but the amount of R750 was mentioned - I'm not sure what this will include, etc. Got a price from Linex on a new Yamaha pedal - R389 ex VAT, so that's a lot cheaper. But it is likely to break again and then when you buy the next one that is R800+ which is then again...

Thanks Cable Tie Spoke to Braam - apparently he modifies a YZ pedal to fit and fold away. He also adds a "brake snake" for better protection. Sounds like the thing. Has anyone done this, and if so: how did it work. It is a somewhat costly mod!
