I bought Seal Doctor for R530 from one of the local bike shops in JHB.. I see EMD Online has them for about R350. Well worth having. Or you can use a section cut from a plastic juice bottle like I did before... just be careful to scrape off / smooth down any sharp edges before using...

There was another seriously frightening section not shown on the videos, about 100m steep decline on a long narrow path, curved on the top in parts on hard earth with loose gravel on it and about a 2 story drop off on both sides. Only one line and steep decline and drop offs on both sides. Geez...
